About me: El Hadj OUMAR DIAW was born in the most western country in Africa named SENEGAL He is 27 He is graduated in English and is involved in project development a program called SIFE ( students in FREE ENTREPRISE) by helping poor communities and small businesses to be sustainable and to develop their activities He works currently as a freelance translator and English teacher is vey passionate about leadership and developpement He has worked with many community based organisations and international Organisations and American Exchange programs established in SENEGAL such as LIVING ROUTES STUDY ABROAD PROGRAM which is an international progams dealing with Sustainable developpement in 8 countries He has also worked with CIEE STUDY ABROAD PROGRAM ( Council on International Education Exchange ) in SENEGAL a program that host each semester around 50 american students mainly from different universities and dealing with intercultural exhange and communication He Speaks four languages : English, French, wolof ( Senegalese national language ) He was trained also as a trainer and coach on Leadership and Personal Development That's why I am training since February 25 young students on personal sucess and and how to create a company with an American organisation called JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT Passionate about Africa and its development , OMAR believes Africa can instigate and produce its own success if its people adopt a different mindset or paradigm shift.
